SPEAKER: Stephen H. Hall

Stephen Hall is a partner with Bradley law firm, practicing primarily in the intellectual property and technology areas out of Bradley’s Huntsville, Alabama office. Stephen’s practice is focused in three primary areas: (1) intellectual property prosecution – obtaining trademarks, patents, and copyrights to protect client assets; (2) intellectual property litigation and disputes in various federal and state courts, and administrative tribunals; and (3) intellectual property transactions, for example, trademark licensing agreements, technology development agreements, and software licensing agreements.  Stephen draws from his experience as a litigator, prosecutor, and deal maker in developing comprehensive and cost-effective IP strategies for his clients.
