THE BOOK:

Start with Why by Simon Sinek 

This is Simon’s first and most popular book, having earned a spot on the New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestseller lists. In this book, Simon shows that the leaders who’ve had the greatest influence in the world all think, act, and communicate the same way—and it’s the opposite of what everyone else does. OUR COACH:

As a Leadership Coach, Jackie Brown loves helping people step into their strengths. In addition to her own coaching practice, Jackie is also a communications specialist coach in the BetterUp platform. Jackie has conquered all sorts of career challenges, including her own career pivot. Jackie’s shift from helping businesses grow to helping people grow has been the most fulfilling challenge yet. She has a soft spot for AAF-NA as it has provided many opportunities for her career to grow and strengthen. Jackie is an AAF-NA Past President and received the Silver Medal in 2023.
